1. Bookings
Standard bookings need at least 3 hours notice and can be made up to 3 weeks ahead. Emergency requests are handled by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when our team replies to your WhatsApp message or calls you.
2. Pricing
Prices shown online are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection and before work begins, with your approval. For shifting and renovation we give a written quote.
3. Night charges
Bookings between 9 PM and 9 AM are charged at double the standard rate.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked slot.
5. Liability
Our technicians work to professional standards. We do not accept liability for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to the booked work. Items of high value should be declared before a move.
