How quickly can a technician reach me?
Standard bookings need 3 hours notice. For emergencies such as no power or an active leak, call or WhatsApp us directly.
How much do shifting and renovation cost?
It depends on volume, distance, materials and hidden work. We give a written quote for shifting and an item-wise quote for renovation before work starts.
Do you charge for inspection?
Inspection is part of the visit. Prices shown online are indicative and final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins.
What areas do you cover?
Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including DHA, Bahria Town, Bahria Enclave, G-13 to G-15, F-10, F-11, E-11, Blue Area, Gulberg Greens and PWD.
What does the 7-day warranty cover?
If the same fault returns because of our workmanship within 7 days, we come back at no extra labour charge. It does not cover new or unrelated issues.
How does WhatsApp verification work?
After you submit the booking form, tap Send on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed once the message reaches us from the same number you entered.
How do night charges work?
Bookings between 9 PM and 9 AM are charged at double the standard rate, shown before you confirm.
Do you offer office maintenance contracts?
Yes, especially for AC systems. Quarterly contracts are available for offices with several units.
