Name, phone number, address and optional notes you submit when you book a service or contact us. We also keep the date and time of the request.
How we use it
To schedule and carry out your service, confirm your booking on WhatsApp, and follow up on warranty claims. We do not sell your data.
Who sees it
Our team and the technician assigned to your job. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Retention
Booking records are kept to support warranty claims and repeat service. Ask us to delete your record and we will do so unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
