- Leaking taps and pipes: Worn washers or old joints. A drip can waste hundreds of litres a month.
- Low water pressure: Often a blocked filter, a weak motor or a partly closed valve.

- Geyser problems: No hot water, leaking tank, or a gas geyser not igniting.
- Water tank issues: Float valve failure causing overflow, or a dirty tank.
- Seepage on walls: A hidden pipe leak. This needs a proper check, not just paint.

- Tap or mixer replacement (labour): PKR 500 to 1,500
- Drain opening: PKR 1,500 to 4,000 depending on severity
- Pipe leak repair: PKR 2,000 to 6,000, more if walls need opening
- Geyser repair: PKR 1,500 to 4,000 plus parts
Safety tip for gas geysers
If you smell gas, do not switch on any light or appliance. Open windows, turn off the gas valve and call a technician. Never ignore this.
What to ask before hiring
- Is the visit charge adjusted in the final bill?
- Will you use branded fittings, and can I see the receipt?
- Is there a warranty on the repair?
